Winn Lane Tea Company - Hospitality

This project was a heritage renewal in Winn Lane, and is a concept for a sustainable tea experience in Brisbane where users can learn about sustainable food production whilst having access to a community tea garden/hydroponic farm. The space also has tea house, which converts to a boutique cocktail bar at night to appeal to valley-goers.
